Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to work on **Monday**, **Tuesday**, **Thursday** and be flexible to cover holidays as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input Sales Orders on the Sales order & Invoicing System accurately.
- Create Invoices from the Sales Orders accurately.
- Ensure accuracy of Sales Orders and Invoices created
- Other AdHoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable with numerous software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills

Salary £15,000pa
