**Objective**

The administration assistant will report to the area managers and Directors, have a great understanding of the business and the nature of services we provide across the regions, be professional and could document to a high standard and work with in given time scales of leaving care,

**Purpose of the role**

- Be responsible for the recruitment of our staff who enter our services, undertake the relevant check according to our policy’s ensuring safer recruitment is followed structurally,
- Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements and to ensure the effective running of the business.
- Promote our services during the recruitment purpose,
- Support the growth plans of the company and manage all relevant tasks required across new locations as directed by the company.
- Work within quality management guidelines as directed by the company’s policies and procedures.
- Identify ongoing training needs and ensure staff are up to date with current best practice.
- Ensure all communication regarding the requirements in this role are fully communicated to the relevant personal,

**Main Tasks of Position** (non-exhaustive list)

Organise employment in our services where required by Care & Community Ltd
- **Ensure Recruitment adverts are up to date and amend the descriptions when needed**:

- Making calls to arrange interviews keeping the recruitments needs up to date,
- Ensure all documentation is regularly updated as per the schedule set out in policies

Ensure that the policies and procedures of the company safer recruitment policy is maintained to a high standard

Ensure a constant bank of support workers is available.; place job adverts, liaise with job centres, inform admin/finance staff of new hires, ensure required documentation is processed.

Ensuring that the filling systems for safer recruitment process is followed, and that all staff files are of a compliance standard.
