Business Support Administrator

We currently have a new and exciting role of Business Support Administrator working with the Leicestershire Police Force.
This is a temporary role working Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm 37 hours per week fixed based in the Vicinity of Junction 27 M1
You need to have been in the UK for a minimum of 5 years to be considered for this role.
To provide an executive support service to the Sensitive Intelligence Network (SIN) Coordination. The service to include a full range of executive duties including committee administration, correspondence logging and management, planning and implementingarrangements for executive level meetings, including travel and accommodation arrangements and general administrative duties.
**Knowledge/ Education (including qualifications)**:
Be educated to 'GCSE Grade C or above in English language, or be able to evidence working at this level by previous work undertaken in the form of documents, minutes and correspondence personally written.
**Work Experience**:
To have significant experience of working in an administrative role. Experience of managing demanding workloads within tight timescales. Experience of collating agenda papers and reports and distributing them to senior managers or a governance body. Demonstratethe ability to take minutes (hand written and typed). Personal / Interpersonal Skills, Aptitudes: Good time management skills and the ability to work under own initiative with mínimal supervision. Experience of working in a public sector administration environment.Experience working within a sensitive environment. Experience working in a project management environment.
**Special Skills**:
Demonstrate the ability to work at this level by the production of documents prepared by the applicant. Competency in using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Other: Must be able to achieve and maintain SC and MV vetting. Must have theability and be willing to travel to carry out activities associated with the role.
