- Provides administrative support to our operations department.
- Assists with customer inquiries and provides exceptional support.
- Coordinates logistics for projects, including vendor management and procurement.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication.
- Contributes to process improvement and streamlining operations.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail in administrative tasks and customer support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP software preferred.
