**Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Global Financial Investment Brand - London**

Superb opportunity to join this leading global financial / investment brand a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, to take the company’s digital marketing capabilities to the next stage. You will lead the development and implementation of a strategy which willpropel the demand generation efforts and build the operational capabilities needed to increase customer engagement and retention.

You'll have a track record of designing and delivering campaigns across all digital channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Display, etc) with experience setting up and managing digital analytics and reporting, and a solid knowledge of Marketing Automation / MarTech.

**Key Skills**
- 5 years + experience in a digital marketing role (ideally financial services, FinTech or similar)
- Track record of planning and delivering lead generation campaigns across all digital channels
- Experience running paid campaigns across Google AdWords, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Demonstrated experience setting up analytics and reporting for websites and marketing campaigns
- Solid understanding of SEO practices and experience managing SEO projects
- Confident use of the following tools: Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target, Adobe Ad Cloud, Excel, Salesforce (or similar lead management/reporting CRM), Marketo (or similar Marketing Automation tools)
- Experience effectively managing marketing budgets with optimised return in mind
- People management experience would be beneficial, as you will be leading a small team of 3 marketers (SEO Manager, Paid Media Manager, Affiliates Manager).

**Main Responsibilities**

Digital marketing channels
- Collaborate with brand marketers on new digital marketing strategies for demand generation campaigns
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, engaging internal/external specialists when needed

Analytics and data
- Oversee the implementation tracking for websites and marketing campaigns
- Analyse the reports to provide succinct commentary on the data findings to share with stakeholders
- Ensure all marketing data collection/processing complies with current regulation (e.g. GDPR)
- Assess the quality of the marketing database and work with data vendors to improve data quality/availability

Marketing technology and automation
- Procure, project manage & on-board marketing technology platforms & tools
- Leverage Marketing Automation tools to streamline and automate the team’s workflows when possible
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop processes to segment, score and transfer leads successfully

People management and cross-functional collaboration
- Provide line management for 3 Marketers
- Develop strong relationships with the Sales, Technology & Insight teams to drive customer experience and marketing automation improvements
