**Digital Marketing Manager - B2B Financial Publishing Sector - London**

Superb opportunity to join this leading global online financial / investment information & data provider as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, to take the company’s digital marketing capabilities to the next stage. You will lead the development and implementationof a strategy which will propel the demand generation efforts and build the operational capabilities needed to increase customer engagement and retention.

You'll have a track record of designing and delivering campaigns across all digital channels, experience setting up and managing digital analytics and reporting, and a solid knowledge of Marketing Automation / MarTech.

Key Skills
- 4 years + experience in a digital marketing role, working for a B2B business (ideally professional/financial services or similar sector)
- Track record of planning and delivering lead generation campaigns across all digital channels
- In-depth experience running paid campaigns across Google AdWords, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Demonstrated experience setting up analytics and reporting for websites and marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of SEO practices and experience managing SEO projects
- Confident use of the following tools: Excel, Google Analytics and DataStudio (reporting and analytics), Salesforce (lead management/reporting), Pardot / Marketo or similar (Marketing Automation), Moz and/or Google Search Console (SEO)
- Experience effectively managing marketing budgets with optimised return in mind
- Any experience delivering customer acquisition and retention programmes for a subscription business would be beneficial
- People management experience would be beneficial
- Nice to have some knowledge of the following tools: FastStats (data segmentation/analysis), Qlik (data visualisation), Ion (landing pages), Hotjar and/or Microsoft Clarity (UX analysis)
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript and/or CSS would be nice to have.

Main Responsibilities

Digital marketing channels
- Collaborate with brand marketers on new digital marketing strategies for demand generation campaigns
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, engaging internal/external specialists when needed

Analytics and data
- Oversee the implementation tracking for websites and marketing campaigns
- Analyse the reports to provide succinct commentary on the data findings to share with stakeholders
- Ensure all marketing data collection/processing complies with current regulation (e.g. GDPR)
- Assess the quality of the marketing database and work with data vendors to improve data quality/availability

Marketing technology and automation
- Procure, project manage & on-board marketing technology platforms & tools
- Leverage Marketing Automation tools to streamline and automate the team’s workflows when possible
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop processes to segment, score and transfer leads successfully

People management and cross-functional collaboration
- Provide line management support and guidance for one Marketing Executive
- Develop strong relationships with the Sales, Editorial and Technology teams to drive customer experience and marketing automation improvements
