**About the area**

You will be part of a growing UX Research function, embedded in the wider Product & UX Team.

The Product & UX team is on a journey to prioritise customer-centricity, value, and impact by implementing best practices and processes. Our aim is to accelerate the achievement of our company's mission and purpose. You will join a team of talented UX & Digital Product professionals responsible for different aspects of the customer journey, delivering value through technology.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Central London or Syston, Leicester offices with a very flexible policy.

**The Role**

Dunelm is on an exciting journey, and we need a talented Senior UX Researcher to help us achieve our mission of a seamless, safe, convenient, and simple customer purchasing experience across our physical and digital estate. Reporting to the Principal UX Researcher (who reports into the Director of Product), we need an experienced Senior User Researcher to partner with our talented business stakeholders and help us accelerate the growth of the business across all channels.

This role is about:

- Designing and delivering insightful and actionable research studies (qual, quant, mixed-method) grounded in a good understanding of our customers and business.
- Socialising research across the company in an engaging way and being an advocate for the importance of high quality user research
- Deeply understanding users' needs and behaviours and being a proactive promoter of customer centricity
- Actively guiding and supporting UX and Product decisions by establishing effective partnerships with key stakeholders across the business
- Supporting and guiding the rest of the team by offering mentorship, formal reviews and guidance on practices and best technical solutions to gain actionable insights
- Collaborating with your peer researchers/data functions across the business to elevate overall knowledge and keeping abreast of the latest research best practices/ technologies
- Contributing to and taking ownership of processes, documentation and standards to help evolve the research discipline.
