**Job Summary**:
D & M Design & Fabrication Ltd is a successful and fast paced sheet metal business based near Ripon, North Yorkshire. The business was started 14 years ago and has rapidly grown, now employing around 50 individuals. We are passionate about our business and continually invest in the latest equipment to maintain leadership and quality in our field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Checking purchase invoices match our purchase order and the delivery notes from the supplier. Resolving queries if not with both the supplier and our purchasing department.
- Ensure purchase invoices are inputted to Sage correctly once they match the purchase order
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Dispatching sales delivery notes to invoice, marking jobs off our production plan once invoiced and checking invoices match customer orders and saved sales orders
- Checking all production and sales paperwork is completed and present for each order
- Scanning all production paperwork once the customer has been invoiced and filing digitally
- Scanning all purchase invoice and delivery note paperwork and filing digitally
- Checking BSEN1090 paperwork is present and completed correctly, locating material certificates for relevant orders and filing digitally
- Carry out other tasks as and when required in the office to assist as part of a small team

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Good general education including English and Maths.
- Very strong eye for detail especially with numbers
- Strong self-motivated team player, who can work well as part of a team but can also work independently without needing chasing.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills to prioritise workload.
- Must be IT literate and proficient with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience of using Sage 50 is advantageous.
- Due to our rural location you must hold a valid driving licence and have your own transport.

**Working Hours/ Benefits Package**:
15 hour standard contract. Monday to Friday, 3 hours a day, times to be discussed.
