We are an established Main Contractor, based in Glasgow and Manchester, undertaking new build, refurbishment, facades and insurance reinstatement work within the industrial, commercial, residential and retail sectors throughout the United Kingdom. Last year, we celebrated our 40th year anniversary of trading and have a proven track record in high performance project delivery within the Construction Industry.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our team. The role will be full time on a permanent contract, within a fast-paced environment and based at our Glasgow Head Office.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Filing paperwork
- Posting mail and answering door
- Answering phone
- Assisting accounts department by inputting invoices on system
- Sending purchase orders to suppliers
- Placing stationery orders and maintaining stationery stock
- Maintaining telephone lists and issuing to staff
- Booking accommodation and travel for site agents if required
- Additional admin duties as required
Experience of working for a construction company is preferred.
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 4pm (casual dress)
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
