Based in Hull, our referral administrators think nothing of going the extra mile. They process the referrals of our valued patients with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that all who choose us, experience the highest level of customer service.
As one of our team, you’ll be exceptional in the moments that matter by finding solutions that show you care, take ownership, and pay attention. A high-quality experience for our patients is what we’re all about.
Primarily administration will be the order of the day as you demonstrate effectiveness by ensuring that our patients are never kept waiting once referred to us. However, excellent customer service is also essential, to ensure that we show just how much we care.
As one of SpaMedica’s first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure that every referral is processed in a timely fashion, with a best-in-class approach.

**Salary and benefits**:
- Starting salary of £22,370 per annum (reviewed following probation)
- 37.5 hrs per week Mon Fri between 9am 6pm, mínimal weekend coverage required with rota day off in the week.
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 33 with length of service
- Annual pay reviews.

**Who we are looking for**:
- An experienced administrator with excellent data entry and accuracy skills
- You really care about the customer and want to ensure that they are dealt with compassion and consideration.
- Organised and service minded.
- Creating positive experiences is what you are about.
- You are PC literate and know how to use Word, Excel, and Outlook. Learning new systems is something you can do easily.
