**About the role**
You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the delivery of improvements, coaching and developing the team, and embedding the continuous improvement and innovation culture across the customer division.
**You will**
- Establish continuous improvement practice providing tools, frameworks and mentoring to the continuous improvement squads and practitioners.
- Coach the team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience delivering results at pace.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement.
- Utilise Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyse processes and implement improvements.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their continuous improvement skills and capabilities.
- Coach and mentor the team members on designing customer centric journeys and development of process maps.
- Monitor and track progress of improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery of desired outcomes.
**What will you bring to the role?**
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is desirable, Green Belt is essential
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools including development of customer journeys and process maps
- Strong knowledge of agile methods of working
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to effectively interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and across the organisation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering continuous improvement initiatives within a customer-focused environment.
- Proven track record of leading a continuous improvement practice delivering customer journey transformation.
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
