Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Manufacturing Professional to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in manufacturing, particularly in metal fabrication, and who is able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, as well as training and mentoring the manufacturing team. They will also be involved in ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently.

The role offers a competitive salary, private healthcare, and modern facilities. There are also excellent progression opportunities, with the potential to advance to supervisory or management level within 1-2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes
  • Training and mentoring the manufacturing team
  • Ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in metal fabrication
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per year
