Responsibilities

As our Continuous Improvement Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on Lean principles and practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress and outcomes.
Requirements & Skills

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will require:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in Lean transformations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
