Boden Fire and Security, provides a specialist supply, installation and facilities maintenance service to Ministry of Defence sites and a range of other customers across the South West and South East.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our Fire and Security team.

**Duties you will be performing**:
Main Duties:

- Efficiently inputting and processing data ensuring our operations are smooth and effective.
- Oversee the successful initiation and closure of reactive and remedial tasks, maintaining thorough servicing records.
- Be a welcoming first point of contact by promptly answering calls and direct them to the appropriate recipients.
- Monitor and manage the department inbox ensuring swift and effective communications.
- Professionally address internal and external inquiries - Assist the projects team with administrative tasks.
- Efficiently receive deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in the procurement of fire and security equipment, ensuring it meets safety standards and organisational needs.
- Procurement of office equipment such as stationary, contributing to a well-equipped workplace.
- Responsibility for issuing security clearance - ensuring all cards always remain in date.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to fire safety and security.
- Serve as a primary point of contact during emergencies and communicate critical information to relevant parties.

Technical skills and qualifications:
Essential:

- Previous administration experience in a similar environment.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable:

- Business Administration qualification.
- Excel Training.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,250.00 per year
