**The Opportunity**

With a desire to grow and add value to more clients, we are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable marketing consultant who is both creative and analytical, and who is proficient in many areas of marketing, from copywriting to social media marketing.

The Marketing Consultant will assist us in professionally preparing, developing and executing our marketing strategies. The role required is to enhance our brand and profile in the market through promotional efforts and by conducting market research, creating marketing deliverables, monitoring and reporting upon campaign performance.

As a Marketing Consultant at Huddle Culture, you will help us to design and deliver marketing campaigns that will target specific job roles, in specific companies, in specific industries. The aim is to get more of our potential clients to make contact with us via inbound enquiries.

You will also work directly and collaboratively with the senior team to devise and implement campaign ideas, as well as identify conferences to attend and opportunities for directors to give key note addresses. These campaign events are to provide opportunities for improved market profile of our unique products and services.

As part of your duties at our company, you will also assist in reviewing existing content across several existing marketing channels and standardising marketing content and materials.

Overall purpose of your role - to create marketing collateral that results in more of our target market making inbound enquiries with us.

**Marketing Consultant Role Responsibilities - Overview**
- Initiate, plan and keep campaigns running smoothly
- Support the production of, as well as produce, marketing materials
- Update advertising copy, reports, and presentations
- Conduct market research to define target audiences for different products/services and create buyer personas
- Perform competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help us optimise existing campaigns and ensure the success of future ones
- Produce and edit content in social and professional media posts, videos, and webinars
- Monitor social/professional media activities to assess the perception of the company’s brand
- Track projects and team activities and assist in standardizing marketing materials

**Requirements**:

- Be enthusiastic, creative and with a will to be part of a winning team
- Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Ability to create spreadsheets and analyse quantitative data to interpret KPI and ROI metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
