About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Eurest, a leading food service company in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure our food offerings are innovative, delicious, and meet the highest standards.
- Food Quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared meets our quality standards, and implement processes to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
- Customer Feedback: Listen to and act on customer feedback to continuously improve our food services and exceed customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked and efficient.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Culinary Expertise: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food in a similar role.
- Leadership Skills: Have experience supervising a team and leading by example to achieve exceptional results.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our business and customers.
