We are currently seeking a Transport Clerk for our Grange Park site on a permanent, full-time basis, working either 08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 hours on a Monday to Friday shift pattern.

The role:
Key Responsibilities:

- To assist with any other duties within the Transport Office as and when required
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) in accordance with the targets set by the company and any customer specific SLAs
- Scanning and archiving of any operational paperwork received in accordance with procedures
- Responsible for the Proof of Delivery (POD) process, ensuring all PODs are processed and managed in line with company procedures
- Liaising with relevant third-party contractors to ensure all documentation is received in line with operational timelines
- Assisting with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) completion packs related to the POD process
- Communication of any non-conformance issues to the relevant parties
- To support with any other reasonable HR or Operational requirements, including taking minutes of meetings, administration support, etc
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, escalating any concerns to your line manager at the earliest opportunity

To be considered for the role of Transport Clerk, you will have:

- A good level of education
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
- Experience of Microsoft IT systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A desire for continuous improvement and Seize opportunities to develop yourself and others
- A desire to take on different projects, demonstrating the ability to take initiative in the absence of instruction
- Enthusiasm and able to work as part of a team
