**Job purpose**

The prime role of a Post Completion Clerk is to work alongside the Post Completion Assistant and Fee Earners in regard to the administration of all post completion procedures and provide direct support to their fee earner(s) to enable the fee earner(s) to operate at optimum efficiency. This will include but will not be limited to the main responsibilities given below. Post Completion Clerks/Assistants are expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative, being flexible to assist more than one fee earner when required.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- To send accurate correspondence to lenders and clients in a timely manner
- To update third party Lender portals accurately and in a timely manner
- To manage caseload of post completion matters efficiently, identify and obtain any missing documents
- Dealing with Client and third party enquires
- To assist in any other duties which are ancillary or conducive to the role and responsibilities within the department when requested to do so.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
