This permanent Ledger Clerk role is working for a membership organisation based a short walk from Holborn Underground station. Reporting to the Finance Officer and working as part of the finance team the successful Ledger Clerk is required to take full responsibilityfor the operations/transactional duties, ensuring that services are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

The day to day duties of the Ledger Clerk will include;
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Setting weekly payment runs
- Updating supplier records
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing staff expenses
- Maintaining petty cash
- Assisting the Finance Officer in raising Sales Ledger invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
