We are looking for a hard working individual with the passion to grow and succeed with our client. This is a permanent position.

**Shift Pattern**:
06.30am-14.48pm

15.45pm-00.03am

Salary - £28,493.30 per annum with an appropriate shift premium of 12%

**As the Lead operator, you will be responsible for the operations of an area within the Manufacturing function, supporting the Production Shift Supervisor with day-to-day management of their manufacturing area.**

**Other duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Overseeing a group of operators
- Providing leadership and line management to the team
- Addressing any issues that arise in the course of the shift, timely escalation to the key stakeholders.
- Ensuring targets are met
- Strive towards Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Developing the team by focusing on individual performance
- Ensure a high standard of quality
