Job Title: Quality Assurance and Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Training Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and development plans for our colleagues to ensure operational teams deliver consistently high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our colleagues, including identifying training needs, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions.
  • Lead Process Quality Assurance initiatives across all activities performed within the Patient Support Centre, ensuring compliance with established performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with hospital colleagues to support the training of processes that interface with the Patient Support Centre operation.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to enable new processes to be adopted as part of Spire's improvement program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team colleagues, promoting a cohesive and integrated team environment.
  • Identify areas of development and underperformance, driving improvement actions to enhance overall team performance.
  • Participate in process monitoring and quality assurance programs, analyzing business expectations and needs.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering complex training, including to new-to-role audiences.
  • Evidence of improving customer service performance.
  • Formal experience in Process Quality Assurance is a strong plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
