**The Team**
The team are the first point of contact between XPS and the pension scheme members of the schemes we administer. Contact Centre Telephonists & Switchboard Operators provide prompt, professional and accurate information, and accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour is a must.

**The Role**
As a Contact Centre Telephonist and Switchboard Operator with XPS you will be customer facing:

Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Record all conversations in a database
- Provide first class customer service
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

**Your profile**
- We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who wants to be part of this exciting period of growth. This role requires:

Maths and English GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent
- A background in a customer service environment or switchboard/telephonist/receptionist role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven team player
- Evidenced organisational and planning skills
- The ability to prioritise effectively
- A desire to improve standards and develop new procedures and working practice
