Our client, an industry-leading independent pensions consultancy, is organizing an assessment centre on the 18th of June. They are currently seeking Customer Service staff to join their dynamic contact centre team.
We are looking for individuals with previous experience in contact centre roles handling a high volume of calls.
The Role:
- Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Accurately record customer information and interactions
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in a contact centre role
- Right to work in the UK with no CCJs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
- Organizational and planning abilities to manage tasks effectively
