Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Job Type: Part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract

Location: Middlesbrough centre

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of inbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to meet their requirements.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in a centralized database.
  • Deliver first-class customer service, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment is advantageous.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and have no CCJs that have defaulted.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
