The Production Team is looking to fill the role of **Apprentice - Business Administration **in their Wolverhampton facility. The responsibilities of the Apprentice assisting general administrative duties including purchasing. Apprentices work Monday to Friday with relief for college attendance, 08:30am - 17:00pm.

IPL Wolverhampton formerly known as Plastic Bottle Supplies, is an industry manufacturing specialist of HDPE Plastic Bottles with a 20 plus year history of servicing many successful businesses within the UK. IPL Wolverhampton manufactures fully recyclable products with post-consumer recycled options available.

**Position Title: Apprentice - Business Administration**

**Responsibilities**
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure are essential requirements, together with great attention to detail for ensuring data is recorded accurately in our IFS system.
- Maintain electronic and manual systems, including data inputting, in an efficient and effective manner.
- Arranging, co-ordinating and communicating details for meetings, training and events.
- Preparing and editing correspondences and presentations.
- Supporting the Supply Chain department with purchasing requirements
- Supporting the Finance department complying reports, updating and creating excel spreadsheets.
- General basic administration duties, including filing, photocopying and scanning.

To be successful in this role, you will possess computer literacy and a good education. For example excellent interpersonal and IT skills and include GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C (or equivalent). You must have effective communication skills and be adaptable to meet the service needs.
