**Job Type**: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time
Location: Cannock, Fully Office Based
Hours: Monday - Thursday (9am - 5pm) and Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
Our client who is world leading in their industry, is looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a company who prides themselves on investing in their employees for the long term and are committed to supporting your development within the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls
- Processing reports
- Diary management / sending out appointment letters
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Representing the business following company guidelines
- Liaising with customers / building working relationships
- Updating excel spreadsheets and internal systems
- Providing admin support when necessary
Skills and experience
- Flexible individual
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good work ethic is essential
- Ability to work unsupervised and achieve the required daily work output
- Conscientious mindset with a positive approach to work
- Ability to use initiative to work effectively in any given situation
- Own transport is essential
