This role sits within the Energy Angels division which provides a specialist energy service for social landlords as well as domestic and business energy switching services.

About the role
- As an Administrator you are responsible for providing general administration support for the business and will report to the Head of Partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for the Head of Partnerships with regards to general admin and day to day office issues.
- Provide support for the business by ensuring it always has access to clear and accurate information.
- Ensure accurate data entry in a timely manner, using multiple IT systems as directed by the business.
- Provide additional support to the Account Management team with regards to day-to-day tasks,
- Provide reporting for the business and partners / suppliers.
- Work any objected switches and/or dropouts in a timely manner to ensure sales revenue targets are met.

About you
- Administration or Sales experience is essential.
- You’ll be a highly organised self-starter and will be able to work on your own initiative, processing admin and office related tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Great attention to detail, you must be capable of entering data in a fast but totally accurate manner
- IT literacy - Good working knowledge of Microsoft office is a must, experience of other systems/CRMs would be extremely beneficial
- Communication is key Excellent communication skills are vital, you’ll be able to handle calls and also interact with other Angels Group Teams clearly, confidently and professionally.

We offer

Salary £21,255 + bonus

Hours 37.5 hours a week - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
