**Booking Administrator**
Cambridge Hospital | Administration | Permanent | Full Time
Up to £22,500 depending on experience
37.5 hours - Monday to Friday

As a Booking Administrator, you’ll be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach. Your ‘can do’ attitude shines through. As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.
**Responsibilities...**
- Liaise with patients via telephone to arrange Outpatient appointments
- Complete general administrative tasks, such as printing confirmation letters, sending post and filing
- Occasional Switchboard cover
- Liaise with consultants and their medical secretaries to achieve the best possible patient care
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, in both a team and individually
- Experience in diary management and/or appointment bookings (preferred)

Backed by the latest diagnostic imaging facilities including wide bore MRI and CT scanning, we offer immediate assessment and expert diagnosis. Hospital facilities include 3 state of the art digital theatres, 32 beds, Surgical Day Case theatre/endoscopy suite, Surgical Day PODs, private consultation rooms, close monitoring units, Chemotherapy suite, on-site registered pharmacy, Diagnostic scanning unit and a Pathology laboratory.
