Grade - E

In this role you will provide a professional, high quality and efficient co-ordination service for Learning and Development. Ensuring skills are tracked and monitored and that training delivery is efficient, cost effective and in accordance with force training plan. You will ensure effective information sharing between teams, in particular recruitment, to inform training plans and allocation of staff resources. You will maintain an effective system for the retention of training programme documentation across a number of work streams, for future audit purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,874.00-£32,772.00 per year
