Private Client Financial Services Administrator

**Duties**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- Assist clients with navigating our products or services, providing guidance and recommendations as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful resolution of any concerns or challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and make recommendations for process improvements.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role (ideally Private Client Investment Management or Financial Planning-focussed) is preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Adaptable and Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
