Apprentice Finance and Admin Assistant

JOB PURPOSE
Working under the guidance of Finance and Admin Manager as well as the Little Miracles
Senior Management team to complete finance and admin tasks.
KEY TASKS
Finance
Process expenses and supplier invoices.
Manage the sales of services and items. E.g radar keys and max cards, and room
booking.
Process invoices and follow up for the payments received.
Manage donations in regards to our clinical services and Operational services.
Work with various database to pull out information for invoicing.
Bank statement reconciliation.
Ensure the accounting system Xero is updated regularly.
Assist in financial report preparation.
Answer questions and provide assistance to shareholders, customers, clients as
needed.
Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees
and/or clients.
Adhere to the company's or organisation's financial policies and procedures.
to meet the changing needs of the charity. The post holder will be expected to participate in
this process and charity would aim to reach agreement to the changes.
The successful applicant will also be working towards a finance qualification (Level 3 Finance Apprenticeship) as you take on more responsibilities your wages will increase.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: £5.50-£10.50 per hour
