We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as **Head of Product **for** CAF Bank.** You will be an integral part of our award-winning team, who provide financial services to organisations in the charitable and social purpose sector. Our** **charity loans impact brochure** **highlights some recent case studies of work we have undertaken in the lending space.

As the Head of Product
- CAF Bank you will develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy & roadmap for all Bank Products (currently charity current accounts, deposit products and secured loans), aligning with the bank's overall vision and goals.

**As our Head of Product your key responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, customer needs, competitor landscape and their activities, utilizing this information to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing, technology, operations, and risk management teams, to drive product development initiatives and ensure seamless integration across departments ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and progress shared goals.
- Continuously monitor product performance, including back Book Products, analysing key metrics and customer feedback, and make data-driven recommendations to the CAF Bank Executive for product enhancements or adjustments and ensure compliance with Consumer Duty.
- Collaborate with the finance team to establish pricing strategies, profitability targets, and financial forecasts for the banking product portfolio ensuring fair value for customers & adherence to CAF Bank pricing principles.

**Skills required of our Head of Product-CAF Bank**:

- Comprehensive experience and knowledge of banking, payments, financial products and risk**.**:

- Proven track record of leading, developing and managing product strategy, development, and deployment in financial services
- Ability to implement customer centric product development processes
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make informed decisions. Ability to engage and motivate a cross functional team
