**ABOUT THE ROLE -**

ERIKS are recruiting for a People Operations Administrator to join our People team. Reporting directly to the Head of Employee Relations and Central Services, this is a challenging yet rewarding role created to assist all staff throughout their employee journey from an administrative perspective and to set uniform standards across the UK&I.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
This role focuses on internal customer experience and quality by supporting managers and employees with the hire process, low level employee relation case decision making and case management/ tupe processes.
- Provide full administrative support to all areas of People Operations, including HR, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Fleet.
- Manage new starters, transfers and leaver processes, for both permanent employees and agency temps.
- Assist in note taking - where required.
- Offer first line advice to Managers on People Operations related matters.
- Produce ad hoc and monthly reports for the HR Leadership Team and Chief People Operations.
- Managing welfare and well-being processes.
- Manage long service awards and ad-hoc incentive card awards.

**KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

- Experience within a HR role - Desirable.
- Have basic knowledge of Employment Law.
- Be competent with Microsoft Office and Packages.
- Be able to work effectively both individually and within a team.
- Be able to communicate effectively across all levels of staff.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be respectful, patient and well mannered.
