Attendance Administrator
- NJC Scale Point: 2 - 4
- Actual salary: £10,398 to £10,746 per annum
- 20 Hours per week, Term Time Only
Due to our increasing PAN and student numbers, we are excited to offer the opportunity to join our academy as our staff body continues to grow and support our larger year groups of 220 students. This is an exciting time to join our academy as we celebrate our Outstanding Academy Inspection in November 2023. We are seeking to appoint an individual who is computer literate with a high competency of IT skills, with a real drive to enhance students’ experience of secondary education. The ideal candidate will have excellent personal organisation, communication and administration skills. This role will involve supporting with attendance calls and emails; attendance tracking and monitoring; undertaking administration linked to letters and local authority prosecution etc. and accompanying staff on home visits. The successful candidate will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. To succeed, you will have a good academic standard of general education to GCSE grade C/4 in English and Maths and strong literacy and numeracy skills. We are keen to secure a high calibre administrator who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive Attendance team; there is a very strong commitment to improving standards. The appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by a strong SLT.
