**The role**

As a **Technical Support Advisor,** you will be responsible for providing telephone support to our customers across the UK in order to maintain their systems. You will support our field engineers where required and rectify any faults in a professional and timely manner.

You will work closely with the service team to make sure equipment is prepped, calibrated, and ready to be sent out to our customers.

**About you**

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion to help others and an ability to deal with time sensitive cases. A good knowledge of common technical issues is key, partnered with the desire to learn and understand new technology.

**Main skills**
- Desktop operating systems
- Hardware, peripherals, mobile devices.
- Networking experience (an advantage).
- Previous technical support experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience of some or all of (mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
