We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support, a leading provider of person-centred support services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can lead a team of staff and provide high-quality care and support to individuals at our Blackpool service. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of staff to deliver person-centred support services
  • Providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
