Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to lead our team in providing exceptional care to adults with learning disabilities within our Blackpool service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compassionate personal care, emotional support, and practical assistance to service users, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
  • Collaborate closely with service users, families, and the multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that meet individual needs and promote positive outcomes.
  • Implement Creative Support's core principles, policies, and procedures, upholding the highest standards of care and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to a team of support workers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that prioritizes service user needs.
  • Champion the well-being and empowerment of service users, enabling them to participate in activities they enjoy and pursue their goals.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities is essential for this role.
  • A genuine passion for working with people and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements:
  • A clean valid driving licence and access to a car is beneficial but not mandatory for this role.
