The role will entail administrative tasks supporting multi-disciplinary functions and departments.
The key duties and responsibilities will include:

- General office administration tasks, answering phones and dealing with queries.
- Supporting Project Managers and Project Engineers with the administration, document control and management of client/project related files.
- Providing administrative support to colleagues within Projects when required, compiling Health and Safety information, carrying out security screening checks as per client requirements, collating data, and preparing documents.
- Working closely with all Head office teams to provide support and administrative assistance when required.
- Undertake other projects and assignments to support the team and company within the administration remit.

**Person Specification**:

- 2-3 years administrative experience ideally within a busy office
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
- IT literate
- Excellent interpersonal skills and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn.
- Flexible and adaptable to deal with changing business needs
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
