Role: Service Advisor

Type: Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500

Hours: Hours of work: 06.00-14.30 and 07.30-16.00pm Mon-Fri and Saturdays 08.00-12.00 1 week in 3. Saturdays are paid as overtime.

2fawcett are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor for a business based in Ilkeston.

**Duties**:

- Comply with health and safety at all times.
- Identifying parts on EPC.
- Supply parts front and back counter.
- Accepting and booking in stock.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Re-ordering stock.
- Special order part front and back counter.
- Ensure parts department is kept in a clean and tidy condition.
- Ensure old unit surcharge items are returned to supplier.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ilkeston: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
