**Job Title**: Administrative Coordinator

**Location**: Ilkeston, Derbyshire

**Position**:Full-time / Part-time

**Salary**: £20,280 32.5hours (Pro Rata £25,000)

Established over 30 years ago we have a reputation in the industry as a leading design and manufacturer of bespoke industrial pre-treatment and painting systems.

**Role**:
We are hiring an experienced administrative coordinator to maintain organization within our company and to help us keep growing. You will be responsible for the smooth running of daily administrative business operations, co-ordinating a variety of different tasks while working closely with the directors of the business. If you're experienced and career minded, then consider being a part of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and make telephone calls
- Assist in organising Directors schedules
- Filing and managing enquiries and orders
- Obtain quotes and placement for suppliers
- Order materials for jobs
- Co-ordinate plant services & breakdowns
- Create commissioning documents
- CRM management
- Organise trade Shows and Advertorial
- Manage deliveries
- Responsible for managing vehicle fleet
- Ordering tools and workwear
- Methods Statements and Risk Assessments
- Organise internal training
- Organise all in-shop maintenance

**Skills & Competencies**:

- 5+ years in Office Administration experience
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Organized both in personal tasks and ensuring organization of others
- Ability to problem solve with a passion for learning.
- Excellent professional communication (written and interpersonal) skills with "team player” attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
- We are looking for someone who is happy to systemise their workflow and suggest improvements daily operations.

**Experience**: 5+ years in Office Administration
