We are looking for someone with strong recruitment, team development and administration skills and the ability to build effective relationships in order to deliver an exceptional experience for colleagues.

The responsibilities and duties of this role are:

- Management of our recruitment process
- Set up and management of new starter inductions.
- Management of our performance review process, including:

- Supporting line managers with minor employee relations matters.
- Management and updating of our HRIS.
- Administration of leavers.
- Ensure adherence to Living Wage Foundation requirements.
- Drive projects to achieve external employer accreditations.
- Drive employee well-being programmes, including mental, physical and financial.
- Drive employee engagement, including reviewing and optimising every area of the employee lifecycle.
- Building and executing strategies to develop company culture in line with THX ethos and vision.
- Developing and enabling hybrid work strategies.
- Implementing HR technology and automation to enhance employee experience and streamline processes.
- Create and drive a culture of ongoing learning and personal development.
- Support the company development in driving strategic impact through people.
- Key Performance Measures - eNPS, GFI, staff engagement measures.
- Forms key part of the management team and will be involved in company decisions.
- Responsible for department budget.
- Liaison with external HR consultancy as required.

It is essential that you bring:

- Experience of working as a HR/P&C Advisor or similar
- Good level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Experience of implementing and using HRIS software
- CIPD level 5 qualification or studying towards this.
- In the future, some working time will be spent in the Madingley area of Cambridge._
