We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Cambridge, UK. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to our employees and management team on all HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management team on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on disciplinary and grievance matters.
