We have a fantastic opportunity for and experienced administrator to assist our clients Installations Manager in the coordination of information and materials for their kitchen and bathroom team.

Tasks will include but are not limited to
- Providing a central point of contact for customers at all points of their project and well as being the point of contact for in house team of fitters
- Project managing our installation projects from pre-start to aftercare, using excel packages and communication tools
- Working with excel and accounting packages to order materials on time for projects
- Collating welcome packs in power point to send to our customers 8 weeks before their job begins, drawing on information from excel and the customer relationship system
- Ensuring information on all systems is aligned and dates are correct
- Assisting the Installations Manager and Operations Director with trouble shooting on any live jobs and remedial's
- Assisting in the communications throughout the company form the Installations Hub

You must be competent with admin duties, Microsoft packages and comfortable with customer and staff communications.

This is an extended Maternity cover contract with an immediate start.

**Salary**: £23,000
Holidays: 30 days per year
