urrenly looking for a **Resident Liaison officer **for the Bournemoth area
**Overall Purpose**
To manage the relationships between tenants / Clients / production teams and site management to achieve the project objectives.
**Role Description**:
- The primary function of this position is to be the first point of contact between our teams and the residents, to ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes. The RLO will also deal with customer complaints and provide support to vulnerable residents.
- Mileage will be paid
- Full PPE will be provided
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
