**Business Administrator**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a start up private healthcare company in Nottingham.

**Key responsibilities**
- To undertake patient referrals sensitively and empathetically, being able to communicate with a wide range of people, some of whom may be in distress.
- To provide telephone support for the team, dealing with both straightforward and complex enquires from a range of sources, including the clinical teams, patients, relatives, carers as well as other healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Greet clients / visitors as they arrive for their appointments and inform the appropriate clinician/staff member of their arrival.
- To accurately input, update and retrieve data in a timely manner, using a variety of systems (electronic and paper based), including both patient/client records. Ensure information is held in a secure and confidential manner in line with data protection guidelines.
- To provide support for meetings as requested, sending out supporting documentation (agendas, papers etc), taking and distribute meeting notes and any administrative follow up actions as required.
- To assist in the compilation of data reports and audit, in conjunction with the Operational Director
- Support with invoicing and payment systems

**About you**
- Previous experience in a healthcare administrator role would be advantageous but not essential
- Educated to A-Level, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of confidentiality issues
- PCMIS and Power Diary systems experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to generate reports and provide a narrative for the same
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise own workload
- Empathetic and understanding towards people and their needs

Start up company offering the very best in psychological wellbeing, consisting of a team of qualified, registered, accredited, highly skilled expert therapists offering face to face and remote sessions. Services include Individual Psychotherapy, Young Persons Service and ASD & ADHD Services

The company is led by clinicians with over 60 years in combined clinical experience and service design, both across Nottingham and further afield. The team have developed, operated and evaluated large scale services for the NHS and the Department of Work and Pensions.

**Hours**

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
