Accounts Administrator

Working with a very well-established company who operates within the Engineering/Manufacturing sector in the Stoke on Trent location. Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to support the current Accounts Manager, this varied rolehas excellent working hours, has a family feel to the business and is working in a small team.
**Job Description**:
- You will monitor a team of Accounts Assistants who are responsible for posting bank transactions, purchase and sales ledger, and funding and credit processes
- Dealing with the day-to-day management of the team
- Dealing with contract extensions and restructures to drive margins
- Update banks with lease financial changes like restructures and extensions
- Previous HR experience and knowledge of Syspro would be an advantage but not essential as would experience in an HR environment and GDPR compliant.
- Accounts would also be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Good sense of humour
- Be confidential and professional
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00 am - 4.30 pm Friday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
**Salary**: £20,000 - £21,200 Per Annum
