Euro Parking Services is an established Car Parking Management Company, with extensive and comprehensive experience in the UK parking control industry. We currently manage and operate in over 500 car parks across the UK, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year

**Job description**

As a **Call Handler**, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound calls
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding parking regulations, permits, fines, and procedures.
- Ensure all interactions are handled courteously, professionally, and in a timely manner.
- Listen actively to callers, understand their concerns, and provide effective solutions or escalate issues as required.
- Accurately record and maintain detailed call logs, documenting the nature of inquiries, actions taken, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments or consultants to address complex or escalated issues.
- Liaise with other departments, such as enforcement and administration, to streamline processes and enhance customer service.
- Ensure that BT’s full Code of Conduct is fully adhered to
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and relevant software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues independently.
- Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or a related field is advantageous.
