**Sports Coach (Full & Part Time)**

**Do you have a passion for sports and a desire to inspire young people?**

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Sports Coaches to join our team, delivering PE lessons within local schools and nurseries, and leading football sessions for children age 3-12.

We have both full and part-time opportunities available for this role. FT salary £17,000 - £22,500 depending on age and experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**School & Nursery PE Lessons**:

- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and age-appropriate PE lessons for children.
- Ability to deliver high levels of performance at all times.
- Ensure a fun and safe learning environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship and healthy habits.
- Adapt activities to cater to different abilities and learning styles.
- Work collaboratively with school/nursery staff to support the PE curriculum, monitor individual progress, achievements, and development, aiming to help students reach their highest potential.

**After-School & Saturday Football Sessions**:

- Lead football training sessions for children aged 5-12 years old in private group settings.
- Focus on developing fundamental football skills, tactics and teamwork.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help players improve.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to participate.

**General**:

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Attend relevant training and development opportunities.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Ability to plan and organise effectively.
- Enthusiasm for sports and a passion for inspiring young people.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Coaching qualification in PE or a related field (e.g., FA Level 1 Coaching Badge).
- DBS Check.
- Experience working with children is desirable.
