Lettings & Property Management Coordinator

**Position Type**: Full-time, Permanent

Our client are a family-owned property development, lettings & management business with a portfolio of over 130 properties based in and surrounding North West London looking to hire **ASAP** a **Lettings & Property Management Coordinator** to support their close knit and friendly team, including two main directors.

The Lettings & Property Management Coordinator will be responsible for providing the support for the Property administration across the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the lettings process runs efficiently and smoothly by acquiring the necessary documents and references
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and other parties to ensure all properties are at a high standard
- Supporting with refurbishments by liaising with the maintenance team
- Responsible for booking scheduled inspections and inventory checks
- Assisting with the updates of the company website / social media

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Outstanding communication skills in English
- Must have previous Assistant Property Management, Property Coordination or Lettings Administration experience
- Experience of Alto and any lettings and management CRM software would be useful, but training will be provided
- Experience of using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a property admin role is desirable, but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously, self-motivated and proactive is essential.
- Professional and positive attitude.
