Job description of the role
Manage all customer related administrative processes in the area of Sales, Logistics and Service Support. Coordinate improvements between the RBU and their customers. Customer focus needs to be on a high level. Organisational and administrative support to thelocal colleagues.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the administrative process of the total local workflow “order to cash”.
- Organizational and administrative support to the local colleagues.
- Keep the back office procedures up to date, collect and process relevant information.
- Customer focus on high level.
- Ensure good communication between CO and the local organizations.
- Ensure mutual back up within the local CSA team.
- Realisation of the personal
- and team goals, formulated at the beginning of the fiscal year.
- Organise (inter)national) meetings, workshops and exhibitions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Job requirements
- An administrative education with direction sales, customer service or marketing
- Native local language, written and verbal. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in an international environment.
- Ability to plan and keep track on multiple tasks.
- Affinity with the organization of meetings.
- Can do mentality.
